1. Export Quotations & Pricing Validity
All commercial quotations issued for bulk Jaggery Powder, traditional Jaggery Cubes, and Moringa Leaf Powder are governed by international trade norms:
- Prices are quoted on standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR) as indicated in the formal Proforma Invoice.
- Due to seasonal agricultural harvesting cycles and ocean freight tariffs, quotations remain valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
- Custom packaging or retail private labeling costs are specified separately where applicable.
2. Quality Specifications & Inspection
We take pride in our direct farm traceability and rigorous standards:
- All products are tested for moisture thresholds, chemical-free processing, and absence of heavy metals prior to export dispatch.
- A formal Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Phytosanitary Certificate accompany every export consignment.
- Buyers have the right to nominate authorized third-party inspection agencies (e.g., SGS) at the port of origin prior to container loading at their expense.
3. Payment & Documentation
International export transactions are conducted under standard commercial payment instruments:
- Payment terms include Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) or advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) as agreed upon in the purchase contract.
- Shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate) are released upon confirmation of agreed payment milestones.
4. Force Majeure & Jurisdiction
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, port strikes, quarantine embargoes, or government export restrictions. All commercial agreements are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
