1. Nature of Perishable & Bulk Agricultural Goods
Our flagship export offerings (Jaggery Powder, Jaggery Cubes, and Moringa Leaf Powder) are natural agricultural products processed without chemical preservatives. Consequently:
- Once products have been loaded into export maritime containers or released to the carrier with official phytosanitary seals, returns cannot be physically accepted due to biosecurity and customs regulations.
- Buyers are provided sample lots and Certificate of Analysis (COA) prior to dispatch to ensure total alignment with recipient country import criteria.
2. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Order Cancellation
We provide full transparency before consignments leave Indian territory:
- Orders can be cancelled or adjusted prior to packaging and custom branding production commencement.
- Buyers may conduct independent third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) at the dispatch port before shipping documents are finalized.
- Any quality discrepancies identified during pre-shipment inspection will be resolved immediately by lot replacement prior to departure.
3. Quality Claims & Dispute Resolution
In the rare event of transit damage or verified deviations from contracted technical parameters upon port arrival:
- The buyer must report the condition within 5 calendar days of container destuffing, accompanied by independent port surveyor reports and photographic documentation.
- Verified claims regarding moisture degradation, packaging failure, or non-conformance will be resolved through credit notes, insurance indemnity, or replacement allotments in the subsequent consignment.
